THE WELL FIT DIFFERENCE
K.A.M.FIT—Kinetic Action Fitness Method is Kamila McDonald’s very own fitness method that combines HIIT (High Intense Interval Training), weight training, body weight training, aerobics, abdominals, dance, Yoga HIIT and plyometrics through a series of back-to-back circuits which are all conducted at different speeds, styles, durations and levels of intensity. All WellFit sessions are 30 mins long and designed to effectively lose stubborn fat, boost metabolism, burn calories, improve strength, endurance, functional fitness, body composition and maintain the consistent commitment it requires to enjoy the medicinal benefits of regular exercise.
WellFit club members will be taken on the weekly comprised of a systematic combination of quick and effective KAMFIT sessions with each class ending in a deep stretch and meditation for a full mind-body connection experience. When you maneuver through the weekly WellFit Cycle you will drastically improve your mood, strength, flexibility and enjoy a strong foundation for weight loss and weight management.

Kamila’s Kitchen Live is a Once a month cooking workshop & Meal Prep session to help busy members enjoy real food by tackling one aspect of lifestyle change that is literally the difference between success or failure.— MEAL PREP!!!!
This monthly series will share the most effective meal prep strategies so that when things get busy and life throws you 100 curve balls, your meals are in place, ready to grab and go so you can still win at life—Eating good, feeling good, looking good! Kamila’s Kitchen LIVE happens once a month and is free for WellFit Club members.
