Guilt Free Brownie Blast 

 

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed.

  • 1/2 cup your favorite all natural nut butter  (you can also use an avocado) 

  • ¼ cup to ½ cup maple syrup or honey or agave  

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil  

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/4 cup almond or oat flour

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 

  • 1 small pack of oreos (optional)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 cup raspberries/strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ beetroot 

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil 

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips



 

Kailani Bear Bar  

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten free) 

  • 3 tbsp flax seeds/hemp seeds 

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil or water to make them oil free

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 cup /10 Medjool dates

  • 3 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or water

  • pinch of salt

  • ¼ cup- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips 

Night Nurse

2 Dates (pitted)

4 tbsp peanut butter

3-4 tbsp cacao powder
