MONTHLY MEAL PREP AND NUTRITION SESSIONS 

 

We couldn’t talk about the world of health and fitness without looking at what’s happening on the nutrition side of things. The right foods will allow us to come alive, thrive and become exactly who we were destined to be. Kamila’s Kitchen Live is a Once a month cooking workshop & Meal Prep session to help busy members enjoy real food by tackling one aspect of lifestyle change that is literally the difference between success or failure.— MEAL PREP!!!!

 

This monthly series will share the most effective meal prep strategies so that when things get busy and life throws you 100 curve balls, your meals are in place, ready to grab and go so you can still win at life—Eating good, feeling good, looking good! Kamila’s Kitchen LIVE happens once a month and is free for WellFit Club members.

 

March Mostly Plants—The Way to GO! 

 

A predominantly plant-based diet is not just a trend, it’s an awakening. The entire world has been transitioning into the plant-based territory for the last few years, in fact It’s predicted that by 2040 only 40% of the global population will be eating meat! 

 

At Well-Fit we’re all about balance and practicality.  Our approach to plant based eating doesn’t necessarily mean adopting a diet that is completely free from animal products but we WILL be powering our performance and results by eating REAL food, mostly from plants, and if necessary the occasional burger and a chocolate bar (let’s be real—chocolate is always necessary! :) ) 

 

During this month’s Kamila’s Kitchen LIVE you will learn how to make three delicious plant-based meals that you can easily incorporate into your weekly meal plan, without blowing your budget.  All Kamila’s Kitchen sessions are specifically designed for the busy go-getter who has always wanted to get into the kitchen to prepare delicious, healthy meals but can never find enough time.

April—Loving Your Gut: 

 

Nobody wants a big gut—but we surely need a healthy one!!! Your gut plays such a vital role in your overall health and well-being that everything from weight, to mood, to skin, immune function and brain health, all boil down to what’s going on with your gut! 

 

If you want to be healthy and STAY HEALTHY you have to learn more about your digestive system and just how integral of a role making healthy gut decisions are. This session will cover exactly how to reset your gut and tips and tricks to keeping it healthy

May—Intuitive Eating

 

One of our WellFit philosophies is to keep pleasure as one of the main goals of healthy living.  We want you to be able to enjoy every meal, everyday and for you to never feel deprived of the pleasure and satisfaction of an enjoyable daily eating experience. 

 

If you are someone with BIG transformation goals however, whatever that may be, it’s difficult to navigate through what feels like constant rules, restrictions and “good” or “bad” food. During this session we will discuss how to enjoy your food regardless what your goals are. How to eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full , to re-learn your "intuition,"and the very important practice of mindful eating.

June—Breaking Up With Sugar

This session will cover all the amazing foods that you must eat on a daily to resurrect your skin and enjoy it soft, supple and blemish-free!  You will learn how to eat the correct balance of foods and the vital nutrients your skin needs to thrive. Come glow up with us and leave with your flawless skin grocery list and new recipes that will keep it that way!

August—Surviving and Thriving without dairy
